Controller - Manufacturing
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 + 10% Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
About the OpportunityWe're partnering with a well-established subsidiary of a Fortune 500 global organization seeking an experienced Controller to lead onsite accounting operations. This role offers the unique combination of large‑company stability and resources with the visibility and influence of a business‑unit environment.
The Controller will act as the senior financial leader on site, working closely with executive and operational leadership to ensure strong reporting, compliance, and financial performance.

- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and supporting documentation
- Support internal and external audits
- Partner with operations to provide cost analysis and financial insights
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate reporting standards
- Maintain and enhance internal controls aligned with public company expectations
- Experience in publicly traded or Fortune 500 environments preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate cross‑functionally
- CPA strongly preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
