The Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring Auto Pay Plus  meets all legal and regulatory requirements. This position partners closely with the Compliance Officer to support compliance programs, conduct audits, and promote a culture of accountability across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a paralegal background who wants to grow within a fintech environment and make a direct impact.

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor and assess compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards
• Audit data, analyze findings, and report insights to the Compliance Officer
• Support internal audits and investigations
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related topics
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including policy updates and distribution
• Partner cross-functionally to promote compliance awareness across the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance (fintech experience preferred)
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Paralegal experience is a plus
