Senior Financial Analyst | Lockheed Martin
This position provides financial analysis and support to a major program within the F-35 Development segment at Lockheed Martin RMS (Rotary and Mission Systems).
The role is responsible for Earned Value Management as well as various ad-hoc financial analyses and will work closely with other functions on the team such as Program Management, CAMs (Control Account Managers), and Planning.
The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with the ability to partner with and explain financial concepts to Program Management, CAMs, and planning team members.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Earned Value Management.
- Ad‑hoc financial analyses.
- Establish budget baselines and ensure realistic EACs and ETCs.
- Track and communicate funding status and budget changes.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Provide supportive financial guidance to program team.
- Partner with Program Management, CAMs, and planning team members.
- Offer guidance and knowledge sharing to junior finance team members.
- Experience establishing budgets and managing cost baselines.
- EVMS experience.
- Experience developing IPMRs and/or IPMDARs.
- Familiarity with LM Systems (Hyperion, Cobra, SAP, Open Plan, Winsight).
Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Schedule:
4 X 10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
