DescriptionWork as a key member of the Finance team, preparing month‑end close activities, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining financial statements. You will assist in audit processes, support AP/AR and general ledger tasks, and supervise staff.

Duties and Responsibilities- Reports to the Finance Director
- Perform month‑end closing activities (calendar month)
- Reconcile bank statements
- Manage balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
- Maintain and reconcile fixed assets schedules
- Responsible for AP/AR and General Ledger activities on a weekly basis.
- Assess internal controls including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas.
- Manage the annual audit to ensure completion in a timely manner and with minimal adjustments.
- Collect and file appropriate supporting documentation.
- Assist in ad hoc analysis, office administration and other duties as required.
- Supervise AP/AR staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics AX (added value)
- Demonstrated intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel including the use of formulas and functions
- Independent, autonomous and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with global standards
- Calm, cool, collected under pressure and not easily agitated with multiple requests and a heavy workload
- High-level numeracy and reconciliation skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with figures
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a proactive approach
- Takes initiative, sets priorities and meet deadlines
- Flexible, agile and initiates continuous improvement
- Experience with Net Suite (preferred)
- Potential additional hours required during training and onboarding phase and additional hours as necessary including during month-end closing process

Local team members will be required to work from our Orlando office 3x/week. Non‑local team members will be required to travel ~15%.
