ROLE SUMMARY

Senior Analyst supporting the Airborne Mission Systems (AMS) sub-market segments within the Mission Systems & Weapons market segment in Owego, NY. This position will provide financial oversight of the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program, a focus program within the IWSS LOB portfolio, as well as responsibilities leading financial analysis across other AMS programs.

Responsibilities include:

provide detailed weekly actuals analysis, funding, and mod reviews. Create and monitor charge numbers utilizing SAP and eWAD systems. Responsible for invoicing and collections. Support program reviews with Program Managers and Financial Management team. Provide overall financial support to program manager and integrated product team members ensuring that financial commitments are met. Prepare monthly outlook forecasts for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash utilizing Hyperion.

Also responsible for Long-Range Plans and annual Operating Plans for assigned programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide detailed weekly actuals analysis, funding, and mod reviews.
  • Create and monitor charge numbers utilizing SAP and eWAD systems.
  • Invoicing and collections.
  • Support program reviews with Program Managers and Financial Management team.
  • Provide financial support to program managers and integrated product teams to ensure commitments are met.
  • Prepare monthly outlook forecasts for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash using Hyperion.
  • Develop Long-Range Plans and annual Operating Plans for assigned programs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Program finance experience.
  • Strong in Excel, also PowerPoint & Microsoft Office Suite - detail oriented.
  • Experience with Cost Control, Risk Identification and Management.
  • Effective builder of cross-functional relationships; strong communicator.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
DESIRED SKILLS
  • Prior program finance experience.
  • Experienced user of Cobra/SAP/Hyperion.
  • Experience with programs requiring full EVM EIA-748.
  • Strong organizational skills.
