FP&A Manager

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 + strong benefits

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting
• Build advanced financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives
• Drive monthly forecasting cycles and perform detailed variance analysis
• Analyze performance across multiple business units and deliver actionable insights
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting tools
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership on financial strategy and resource allocation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting automation, and analytics enhancements
• Support executive decision-making through ad hoc analysis and strategic projects
• Help build scalable FP&A infrastructure to support organizational growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Advanced Excel skills required for the FP&A Manager role
