Description
You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Production Operations and Quality team. Our team is responsible for financial analysis, cost & schedule management, and proposal pricing support for the Air Dominance and Strike Weapons (ADSW) Line of Business.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Management Sr you will perform financial analysis for Production Operations and Quality, prepare performance reports, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
Your ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze weekly and monthly Performance Control Reports (PCRs) and Hours per Unit (HPU) charts.
- Develop and maintain cost and schedule forecasts for ADSW programs.
- Support proposal pricing and cost‑prevention activities.
- Identify and recommend cost‑reduction initiatives through Kaizen and Lean events.
- Prepare manpower detail reports and provide insights to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- Interest in production environments.
- Excellent PC and communication skills.
- Skilled in Tableau.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Knowledge of MFC financial and estimating systems.
- Cost management and estimating experience in a production or financial environment.
- Knowledge of general production and quality processes.
- Exposure to touch labor cost management and estimating.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of Internal and External Customers.
Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time – the work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
