Description
You will be the Financial Analyst for the E&T Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Analyst you will be responsible for assisting with contract Earned Value Management (EVM) set‑up and management, cost control, proposal preparation, and New Business Acquisition Expenditures (NBAE) management.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with contract EVM set‑up, management, and cost‑control analysis.
- Manage New Business Acquisition Expenditures (NBAE) and critical staffing for Engineering & Technology.
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and workforce‑planning support.
- Integrate data from multiple financial systems to provide actionable business‑solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals.

LocationThis position is in Orlando.
Security Clearance & CitizenshipMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. The position requires a Secret clearance (DoD Secret). Candidates must be able to obtain or hold a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience planning budgets/ analyzing performance.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self‑starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Have a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Experience in budgeting, Earned Value Management (EVMS), estimating, workforce planning, development and production contracts.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/ combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Considered career or journey level.
