Director, Finance

this role is a significant contributor to overall park performance and is responsible for providing strategic and tactical initiatives to drive revenue and ebitda.

• ability to identify and drive strategic direction across all levels of the organization
• lead forecast process, including operating expenses, labor, and revenue
• assist with annual budgeting process, including operating expenses, labor, and revenue
• evaluate business performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results, providing actionable recommendations
• conduct variance analysis to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
• partner with operational leaders to develop financial strategies that support growth, efficiency, and profitability
• provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives
• support executive leadership with scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling and investment evaluations
• influence decision making through data driven insights and financial expertise
• monitor kpis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• consistently manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑change environment
• identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, reporting capabilities, and financial processes
• lead, mentor, and develop team of analysts
• lead special projects and other duties as assigned

• 5+ years of relevant business experience (e.g., financial planning and analysis, cost analysis, accounting)
• 5+ years’ experience in assumption‑based analysis, with demonstrated ability to develop and articulate information gained to business decision makers
• 3+ years’ experience leading teams
• demonstrated ability to successfully influence others at all levels and lead a team of ambassadors
• ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑change environment
• advanced skills in ms office suite, particularly excel, power point and access
• advanced knowledge of sap, business objects and other data warehouse tools
