Salary: $85,000 – $95,000

Location: Orlando, FL

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Build financial models and deliver insights on business performance and profitability
• Prepare executive-level reporting and perform variance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and planning
• Improve reporting processes, automation, and system functionality

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
• Solid understanding of financial statements and GAAP
• Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or similar tools
• Industry experience within hospitality, travel, or consumer-facing businesses
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
