Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Lead Financial Advisor at Oxford Advisory Group. You will join either one of our fastest‑growing offices or, based on need and skillset, open a new office location.

A Lead Financial Advisor will be responsible for bringing on new clients by meeting with vetted prospects at pre‑booked, in‑person appointments. The advisor is responsible for conveying the benefits of using Oxford to close new business. High‑quality office space, robust technology, and pre‑vetted in‑person warm leads are provided. Responsible for meeting with new prospects and transitioning them to clients. This role is suited for an advisor with the passion and skills to close new business.

Training is provided on our meeting process with proven results. We aim to give our advisors all the tools needed to close new business.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of bringing on new clients
  • Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Financial Advisory skills
  • Experience in Finance and Investments
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team
