Finance And Accounting Analyst

Perform day to day operations as guided by the team lead.

Prepare and review agreed reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Implement and monitor new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures.

Collaborate with onshore stakeholders & departments to ensure alignment on expected deliverables.

Communicate information clearly and concisely to all relevant parties.

Represent HCLTech in meetings and projects.

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting domain with at least 6+ years of work experience
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in working in a large F&A Accounts for 3rd party BPOs.
• Experience in Entertainment, Tourism, Hospitality, Financial Services or related industries would be preferred.
