** You will be the Financial Management Associate, joining the IRST Development & Production Team, responsible for supporting program finance functions and driving financial excellence in a fast paced environment  Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision making

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing actionable budgets and forecasts integrated with core business processes, data analysis, internal reporting, working with program management and IPT leads, creating analytical tools, and other ad hoc requests

- Communicating financial performance to management through effective presentation and reporting

- Managing and tracking Earned Value Management  EVM  implementation and tailored program performance

- Performing other related duties and assignments as required, including special projects and analysis

* Basic Qualifications:

* - Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or related discipline

- Must work well in cross functional groups and gather stakeholders data from across the organization in a timely manner

- Ability to work in cost/budget management

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool kit

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility  The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
