Budget Analyst
Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Budget Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, and program cost management activities in Orlando, Florida
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing financial plans, budgets, and cost estimates for programs and projects
- Support preparation of cost estimates, projections, and rough order of magnitude analyses
- Track and manage financial documentation, agreements, and approval processes
- Monitor budget execution, spending plans, and financial performance across programs
- Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking funding, obligations, and expenditures
- Reconcile financial data and identify discrepancies or areas requiring attention
- Support development and maintenance of program budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support cost-effective decision-making
- Review contracts, financial systems, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on financial status and funding requirements
- Assist with estimating costs for ongoing and future program activities
- Support workforce and resource planning through financial analysis and projections
- Track and analyze planned versus actual expenditures and resource utilization
- Identify potential financial risks and provide recommendations to leadership
- Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and financial records
Position Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above
- Must be able to pass Agency background check
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience or advanced degree/ certificate
