Hybrid Telework opportunity. Employees may work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and have a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

ResponsibilitiesThe Analyst will provide financial oversight as finance lead for the MK21A FUZE Development Contract with LM Space Systems, working with Program Management, CAMs, Planning & Finance Management to ensure the program meets its financial commitments and contractual deliverables.
- Ensures EVM and financial information is accurate and compliant with the Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) guidelines.
- Ensures Estimate at Complete (EAC) is realistic and reflects the latest scope of work.
- Provides financial status, guidance, and assistance to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Program Managers for responsible contract scope.
- Prepares and reviews monthly Integrated Program Management Data & Analysis Report (IPMDAR).
- Prepares and reviews monthly Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR).
- Supports other market segment programs as required.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a business‑related field.
- Self‑motivated with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Proficiency with Cobra.
- Proficiency with LM Financial Systems (SAP & Hyperion).
- Knowledge of quarterly Contract Status Review and Long Range Plan processes related to Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, and Base forecasting/planning.
- Ability to interact and communicate with positive impact with senior leadership in the organization.
- Master’s Degree.
- Prior experience working development programs.
- Prior experience authoring IPMRs/IPMDARs.
Requires a government security clearance. This position requires a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Confidential.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part‑time remote telework. The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from a standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week to condensed schedules that provide employees with additional time away from the office.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
