Senior Financial Analyst

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
Location:
Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Must currently reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area.

This role is built for a finance professional who wants to move beyond basic reporting and become a true business partner helping leadership make informed decisions.

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Prepare and enhance recurring financial reporting packages and executive presentations
• Develop financial models to support revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and operational planning
• Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting business performance
• Partner with business leaders to gather assumptions, validate data, and support planning initiatives
• Serve as a key liaison between Finance and Systems teams to ensure forecasting and budgeting platforms function effectively
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve processes, and increase analytical capabilities
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for executive leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
• 3–5 years of direct FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or business analytics experience
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience working with large data sets and complex financial models
• Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP concepts
• Oracle Planning, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, and/or Smart View experience preferred
• Hospitality, vacation ownership, timeshare, travel, or consumer-facing industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
