Director of FP&A
Compensation: $170,000 – $180,000 + 20% Bonus + Equity
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a large, evolving organization. The Director of FP&A will step into a newly created role, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the business.

- Analyze revenue, cost structures, and overall business performance drivers
- Drive improvements to FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
- Support strategic initiatives, including M&A and investment analysis
- Lead and develop FP&A team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial plans with business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Prior leadership experience required
- Background in timeshare or vacation ownership industry required
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise
- Experience working in large, multi-entity environments
- Strong ability to partner with and influence senior leadership
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
