- Own the budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting processes
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational decision-making
- Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Lead monthly forecasting cycles and variance analysis activities
- Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting across multiple business units
- Partner with operational leaders on financial planning, resource allocation, and business strategy
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements
- Support executive leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic planning projects
- Help develop scalable FP&A processes, tools, and infrastructure to support future growth
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 6+ years of direct FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience supporting multi-site, retail, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, nonprofit, or other operationally complex environments preferred
- Experience with business intelligence, analytics, or reporting tools preferred
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, system conversions, or process improvement initiatives preferred
- Experience leveraging automation, AI, or advanced analytical tools within finance is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
