This role is ideal for an accounting or finance professional with strong SEC reporting and financial reporting experience who is interested in capital markets, investor communications, and corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities of the Investor Relations Associate- Support quarterly earnings processes, investor presentations, earnings call materials, and shareholder communications
- Prepare and maintain investor-facing presentations, financial exhibits, and executive reporting materials
- Assist with financial modeling, consensus analysis, peer benchmarking, and market intelligence reporting
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistency and accuracy of public disclosures
- Support SEC reporting initiatives and help ensure compliance with public company disclosure requirements
- Monitor shareholder activity, analyst coverage, stock performance, and market trends
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other investor-related activities
- Maintain investor databases, CRM systems, and reporting tools
- Assist with special projects related to corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required
- 3–6 years of progressive experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, financial reporting, corporate finance, investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or capital markets
- Strong public accounting background with SEC reporting experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with publicly traded companies required
- Exposure to investor relations, capital markets, equity research, or investment management highly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial statement analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executive leadership
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
