• lead forecast process, including operating expenses, labor, and revenue.
• assist with annual budgeting process, including operating expenses, labor, and revenue.
• evaluate business performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results, providing actionable recommendations.
• conduct variance analysis to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• partner with operational leaders to develop financial strategies that support growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• support executive leadership with scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling and investment evaluations.
• influence decision making through data-driven insights and financial expertise.
• monitor kpis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• consistently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
• identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, reporting capabilities, and financial processes.
• lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts.
• lead special projects and other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of relevant business experience (e.g., financial planning and analysis, cost analysis, accounting).
• 5+ years’ experience in assumption-based analysis, with demonstrated ability to develop and articulate information gained to business decision makers.
• 3+ years’ experience leading teams.
• demonstrated ability to successfully influence others at all levels and lead a team of ambassadors.
• ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
• advanced skills in ms office suite, particularly excel, power point and access.
• advanced knowledge of sap, business objects and other data warehouse tools.
