Our client, a large, publicly traded industry leader, is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join its Corporate Finance team. This position offers the opportunity to partner with business leaders, develop financial models, support strategic initiatives, and provide meaningful financial insights that drive business performance.

Top 3 Keys1. Corporate Finance Experience
- 2+ years of progressive corporate finance or FP&A experience (internships not included)
- Demonstrated career progression
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets
- Experience building financial models and developing actionable business insights
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Experience partnering with cross-functional business leaders
- Ability to communicate financial results and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and business performance analyses
- Develop financial models to support strategic business initiatives
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities to improve financial performance
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Research financial discrepancies and collaborate with Accounting to resolve issues
- Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting, analysis, and financial processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis
- Experience with Oracle, HFM, One Stream, Micro Strategy BI, or similar financial systems is a plus
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive change
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
