Automotive Finance Representative - Classic Honda

A Finance Representative assists customers in completing all the necessary paperwork to complete a vehicle purchase. The role includes accurately completing DMV transactions, bank contracts, and all legal documents involved in a motor vehicle transaction. The representative offers aftermarket products such as extended warranties using a menu‑based presentation, completes the transaction while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and ensures compliance with all company policies and state and federal regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Identify and sell appropriate aftermarket products, such as GAP coverage and maintenance programs.
- Provide customers with a thorough explanation of contracts, aftermarket products, and extended warranties.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with several financial sources, including the manufacturer.
- Process finance and lease deals accurately through appropriate financial sources, ensuring 100% compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and process related paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide the customer with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership services, procedures, and policies.
- College degree preferred.
- Active Florida notary or ability to obtain one.
- Strong background in retail sales or hospitality; automotive finance experience is a plus.
- Experience of fering various financial products preferred.
- Strong history of selling AMO (After Market Options).
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Acceptable background and drug screening results.
