Investor Relations Associate

Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 + Bonus + Equity
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Must reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area.

Core Responsibilities
  • Support quarterly earnings processes, including earnings releases, call materials, and investor presentations
  • Prepare investor-facing presentations, financial exhibits, and executive reporting materials
  • Assist with financial modeling, peer benchmarking, consensus analysis, and market research
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and executive leadership to ensure consistency and accuracy of public disclosures
  • Support SEC reporting initiatives and public company disclosure requirements
  • Monitor shareholder activity, analyst coverage, stock performance, and industry trends
  • Coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, meetings, and related events
  • Maintain investor databases, CRM platforms, and reporting tools
  • Support special projects related to corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required
  • 3–6 years of experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, financial reporting, corporate finance, investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or related fields
  • SEC reporting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting publicly traded companies required
  • Exposure to investor relations, capital markets, equity research, or investment management preferred
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial statement analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information to senior leadership
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
