Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Planning & Analysis team. This position will partner closely with Finance and Operations leadership to provide meaningful financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision support. • 4+ years of progressive corporate finance or FP&A experience
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and business planning
• Experience partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience evaluating financial impacts, identifying trends, and supporting strategic initiatives

• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear, concise manner
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and drives continuous process improvement

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance
• Build financial models to evaluate operational initiatives and special projects
• Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to support strategic decision-making
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve financial reporting processes
• Prioritize multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines
• Present financial results and recommendations to management
• Mentor team members on analytical techniques, financial modeling, and business communication

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, high-quality work

• MBA, CPA, or related advanced degree
• Experience with Oracle, HFM, One Stream, Micro Strategy BI, or similar financial systems
• Knowledge of R, Alteryx, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or other analytical tools
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and statistics
