Senior Consumer Relationship Banker - West Colonial Branch

Regions Bank -  - Responsibilities:
Achieves branch targets and goals by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced Regions solution guidance for Preferred Banking Households;
Conducts outbound phone calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers;
Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households;
Educates customers on Regions consumer and business products, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance;
Educates customers on digital banking offerings and drives adoption;
Provides a consistent optimal customer experience and handles day-to-day branch responsibilities as needed;
Owns and resolves customer issues and refers to internal experts when needed;
Supports team development by serving as a subject matter expert for junior bankers;
Adheres to bank processes and regulations and maintains sound banking practices, including risk reporting
