Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting to support strategic business initiatives
- Build and enhance reporting packages, dashboards, and performance metrics using large data sets
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Perform variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational performance
- Support process improvements, reporting automation, and data integrity initiatives
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and executive-level presentations
- Assist with compliance, audit support, and financial documentation as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- 4+ years of direct financial analysis, business analysis, or healthcare finance experience
- Healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, or pharmacy industry experience is required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience building financial models, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Power BI experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, pharmacy operations, or 340B programs is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
