Assistant Director of Finance (Assistant DOF) – Resort Operations

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000

As a member of the professional staff, contributes specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Resources, Operations Planning & Support, Sales & Marketing) area to support team and/or department business objectives. Generally works under limited supervision, but within established guidelines, producing and analyzing more complex business information to assist in the decision-making process.

Finance & Accounting – Context of Role

The Resort Operations Finance team at MVW is on a multi-year journey to build a team designed for impact, not transactions. We've made our roles outcome-based: you'll own decisions and create value as a trusted finance business partner embedded with site resort leaders and Boards members driving revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and cost management outcomes. With transactional work, e.g. AP, AR, month-end, reconciliations, audits, and billing, handled by our external managed service provider, you'll focus on delivering insights, ensuring governance, and achieving results.

Success is measured by impacts across multiple properties giving you broad exposure and meaningful participation.

Job Summary
