Job Description You will be the Financial Management Analyst for the Air Dominance Program. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program success. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Management Analyst you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking costs and funding requirements, conducting cost analysis, maintaining earned-value systems, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure financial integrity.

* Establish and monitor program budgets, track costs, and track funding requirements.

* Conduct cost analysis, develop variance explanations, and recommend corrective actions.

* Maintain the Earned Value System and associated logs for accurate, timely reporting.

* Interact with program and financial-management personnel to ensure conformance with company processes.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.).

Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting.

Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Basic Qualifications
* Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

* Adapt to change and digital transformation

* Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Related Bachelors Degree with professional experience and/or related Masters Degree

* Active Secret Clearance with an investigation within the past 5 years Desired Skills
* Experience/Knowledge with Earned Value Management

* Experience with Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash Consolidation and CSR/LRP process

* Experience developing CSRs with multiple contracts types and scope

* Extensive knowledge of Financial Tools

* Experience implementing DFAR EVMS and independently leading a business rhythm

* Experience developing compliant customer reports to include IPMR, CFSRs, LCCE and CSDRs

* Action oriented and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
