You will be a Financial Management Senior member, serving in a Cost Management role on the Air Dominance Program. This highly visible position requires significant interaction with Program, Finance, and Corporate Leadership, as well as the Customer. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program success.
What You Will Be DoingAs a Financial Management Senior member, you will establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile costs, and track program funding requirements. You will conduct cost analysis, develop variance explanations, and assist program and financial management in monitoring and tracking financial commitments.

- Maintaining the Earned Value System and associated logs for accurate and timely financial reporting
- Interacting with program and financial management personnel to ensure conformance with company processes

Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations.
Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.
Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.
- Experience/Knowledge with Earned Value Management
- Experience with Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash Consolidation and CSR/LRP process
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Adapt to change and digital transformation
- Active Secret Clearance with an investigation within the past 5 years
- Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Related Bachelor's Degree with professional experience and/or related Master's Degree
- Experience developing CSRs with multiple contracts types and scope
- Extensive knowledge of MFC Financial Tools (EFS, SAP)
- Experience implementing DFAR EVMS and independently leading a business rhythm
- Experience developing compliant customer reports to include IPMR, CFSRs, LCCE and CSDRs
- Action oriented and ability to prioritize urgent tasks
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Exceptional organization skills
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
