Senior Director of FP&A

Compensation: $200,000–$225,000 + 30% Annual Bonus + Sign-On Bonus
Location: San Antonio, TX | Hybrid

A nationally recognized restaurant brand is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to provide strategic financial leadership across a rapidly growing, multi-unit organization. This highly visible position will work closely with Operations, Brand Leadership, and the C-Suite to guide financial planning, evaluate growth opportunities, and translate business performance into actionable financial strategy.

The organization operates nearly 2,000 locations and continues to expand into new markets, including plans to open 50+ new locations each year. The Senior Director will play an important role in supporting that growth through sophisticated forecasting, modeling, scenario analysis, and executive-level financial insight.

• Direct the organization's enterprise FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic financial analysis
• Develop detailed revenue forecasts across multiple channels, including traditional in-store sales, drive-thru, curbside, delivery, and digital ordering
• Work alongside Operations, Brand Leadership, and executive stakeholders to establish financial goals, performance expectations, and business strategies
• Create and maintain complex financial models for market expansion, new-unit development, location openings, and other strategic growth initiatives
• Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential business outcomes and inform executive decisions
• Improve forecasting accuracy related to incentive compensation, operating performance, and enterprise-wide financial initiatives
• Analyze business trends to identify financial risks, growth opportunities, and potential revenue optimization strategies
• Present financial insights, recommendations, and performance results to senior leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of FP&A professionals while strengthening the organization's financial planning capabilities
• Enhance FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, analytics, and business intelligence tools to support better decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline required
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or another advanced financial designation strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience within large, multi-site organizations
• 5+ years of experience directly managing and developing finance professionals
• Demonstrated experience supporting businesses with a significant number of operating units and multiple revenue streams
• Background in restaurant, hospitality, retail, convenience store, or another large-scale consumer-facing multi-unit environment
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning, and executive reporting
• Proven ability to influence senior operational leaders, including Vice Presidents and C-Suite executives
• Experience with advanced analytics and business intelligence technologies such as SQL, Tableau, Data Lakes, or comparable platforms preferred
• Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
