• Oversee all treasury operations, including cash management, investment activities, and risk management.
• Evaluate the company's borrowing capacity, equity requirements, and capital improvements to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Develop and manage cash forecasting models to predict future financial trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage corporate debt, covenants, and interest rate exposure to minimize financial risk.
• Perform real estate financial modeling to support investment decisions and capital allocation.
• Collaborate with senior management to set financial strategy and policy.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize capital structure and improve financial performance.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support business decisions and strategy.
• Lead and manage the treasury team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, with a focus on capital management.
• Strong experience in cash forecasting, corporate debt, covenants, and interest rate exposure.
• Proven experience in evaluating borrowing capacity, equity requirements, and capital improvements.
• Expertise in real estate financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and the factors that influence them.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
