Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000+ plus Bonus

A private equity–backed healthcare technology organization is building out a Strategic Finance function from the ground up, and this Senior Manager of Strategic Finance role sits at the center of that growth. This is not a traditional FP&A role—it’s a high-visibility, project-driven position focused on strategy, value creation, and executive decision support.

This role is ideal for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance who wants to expand beyond traditional finance into enterprise-level problem solving and leadership.

• Lead project-based financial analyses, including business cases, scenario modeling, and value-creation initiatives

• Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, technology, and executive leadership to support strategic decisions

• Build and maintain financial models that support growth initiatives, investments, and operational improvements

• Develop tools, dashboards, and reporting that improve visibility into business performance

• Own and drive strategic projects independently while adapting to evolving business priorities

• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or PE operations

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong business judgment

• Proven ability to communicate insights clearly and influence senior stakeholders

• Wants a defined path into Senior Manager–level leadership
