Commercial Loan Officer

Connect One Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to build and manage commercial lending relationships across the NY-NJ region. Responsibilities

• Source, develop, and manage commercial lending relationships with business clients in the NY-NJ region
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and credit risk to structure sound commercial loans
• Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage a portfolio of commercial loans, monitoring performance and proactively addressing risk
• Collaborate with credit, treasury management, and branch teams to deliver integrated banking solutions
• Negotiate terms and pricing to balance client needs with bank profitability and risk standards
• Participate in community and networking events to expand market presence and generate new business
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely closing, funding, and ongoing file maintenance
