Standard Job Description

A senior Financial Analyst supports the day-to-day execution of JASSM Development activities and plays a key role in delivering accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Our team drives program finance excellence from proposal to closeout by providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. This position contributes across a broad range of program finance functions, including cost management, earned value analysis, and financial planning.

The role requires the ability to work independently while leveraging enterprise financial systems and tools to ensure program performance is effectively tracked, analyzed, and communicated to leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking costs, and tracking funding requirements
  • Conducting cost analysis and developing variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions
  • Maintaining the Earned Value System and associated logs for accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Interacting with program and financial management personnel to ensure conformance with company processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals
  • Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and communicate results to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
Desired Skills
  • Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
  • Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
  • Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements
  • Working knowledge of Cobra, SAP, and Oracle
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
