Senior Finance Director
Salary: $150,000-$180,000
Location: Orlando, FL

We’re partnering with a respected, mission-driven organization seeking a Senior Finance Director to lead financial strategy, budgeting, FP&A, reporting, and team leadership.

- Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership
- Develop and mentor the finance team
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus
- 5+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience
- Experience managing $30M+ budgets in non-profit environments strongly preferred
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting background
- Board-facing and executive leadership experience
