The Payment Processing Specialist I will be responsible for completing the payment process in a timely and accurate manner. The purpose of this position is to optimize daily payment activities and to assist with the best performance of the payments department and the organization.

• Modify wire instructions in the CEIFX Repair Queue to sanitize client payment instructions.
• Create and route templates to process domestic and international wire payments using a FxO.
• Review and approve payments within CEIFX.
• Triage tickets received by the department and elevate appropriately and timely.
• Process domestic and international wire payments using online Banking Platforms.
• Meet departmental standards for processing time and accuracy.
• Consistently comply with all company guidelines and policies.
• Can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time hybrid position that requires on-site attendance at our Orlando, FL office. The hours of work are Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
