• Conduct studies and analyses of military, technological, political, and economic factors affecting national and international military capabilities
• Assess military capabilities and trends, providing recommendations to support strategic objectives
• Evaluate organizational structures and operations, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and readiness
• Research training requirements and operational exercises to support planning and system development
• Provide subject matter expertise in training systems, simulations, and operational support
• Advise on system and equipment evaluation, including testing, inspections, and functional assessments
• Maintain and manage technical data, manuals, and documentation
• Prepare reports and briefings with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to ensure operational requirements are integrated into planning and development
• Perform additional studies and analysis tasks as assigned

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above
• Must be able to pass Agency background check
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience or advanced degree/certificate
