• Recommend complementary products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling gels, and hair accessories to boost sales.
• Demonstrate installation maintenance, and care of hair extensions and wigs.
• Manage inventory: stock, organize products, track sales, and ensure availability of popular items.
• Maintain clean product displays, sanitize try‑on areas, and follow hygiene guidelines.
• Process payments, returns, and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build customer relationships, address concerns, and encourage repeat business.
• Optionally promote new hair products through in‑store displays or online content such as tutorials and live demos.
• Keep up with trending hairstyles, textures, and hair care innovations to better serve customers.

• Hair product expertise – Understanding different hair types, textures, and care techniques.
