Hyatt Regency Orlando is seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa team. This dual‑licensed role requires expertise in both massage therapy and skin services, providing exceptional treatments that align with our high standards of hospitality and wellness. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic wellness, has a deep understanding of various spa services, and is committed to delivering a world‑class guest experience.
This position requires Friday through Sunday availability
. Open availability preferred including holidays, to accommodate our guests' needs.
- Perform professional spa treatments, including a variety of massage therapy techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, etc.) and skin services (facials, body treatments, etc.), ensuring high service standards.
- Assess guests’ needs and recommend appropriate spa services and home‑care regimens.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all spa treatments, products, and service offerings.
- Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment for guests, enhancing their overall spa experience.
- Collaborate with spa and hotel teams to support promotional events and special offers.
- Assist with spa operations, including setup, cleanliness, and inventory management.

Qualifications- Candidate must be available to work Friday through Sunday
- Must hold a current and valid license in both massage therapy and esthetician/skin services as required by state regulations.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of spa experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high‑end wellness setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for spa treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for wellness and a commitment to continuous learning.
