Do you love helping clients feel beautiful in their own skin?

• Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial treatments
• Recommend follow-up visits, services, and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals
• Ensures that all equipment is in good working order and is maintained as necessary throughout your department. Communicates with the department lead staff when equipment maintenance is required or when inventory should be ordered.

• Must have completed an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
• Licensed In the state of Florida
• A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, the Aesthetics department lead, and coworkers
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus
• The team would love to speak with experienced estheticians who have a wide variety of experiences from the beauty industry, resort spas, medical spas, and more.

• Flexible Scheduling:
  Full-time or part-time availability. We ask for a commitment of at least three days per week, one of which must include Saturday.
• Compensation:
  Commission-based pay and a pathway for raises, plus tips. As your sales grow, so does your commission rate, which starts at 30% with no Backbar fees.
• Supplemental Pay:
  Additional bonus opportunities and 10% commission on retail sales
• Monthly paid team meeting

Employees will be placed in one of the following four commission level bands depending on skillset and relevant experience. Employees are paid W-2/commission-based pay on Service Sales Revenue, which is the amount the guest paid for their service(s), plus paid discounts.

• Entry Level | 33%-35% commission + tips
• Experienced Level | 36%-38% commission + tips
• Expert Level | 39%-41% commission + tips
• Premier Level | 42%-49% commission + tips
