• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
• Perform professional application of services at the "Gold Standard" level.
• Conduct thorough consultations and document client notes.
• Educate guests on proper care, expectations, and recommend after‑care products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring proper sanitization of implements.
• Assist with general salon cleanliness and community areas, including trash removal.
• Promote services at supplementary events and perform services when requested.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

• Valid state license in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Full Specialist, or an equivalent state license.
• At least 1 year of eyelash extension experience; a practical exam will be required.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform policy.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve skills.
• Initiative to take on additional tasks and assist team members.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Self‑driven learner with curiosity and a commitment to self‑improvement.

$40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year plus commission and tips.
