Action Link is looking for a passionate, trend‑forward beauty expert to bring Dyson’s iconic styling tech to life inside Sephora and Ulta. You’ll captivate, empower, and turn everyday moments into stunning hair transformations.

When and Where the Magic Happens!- 18 hours per week: three 6‑hour shifts. One shift scheduled every Saturday; open availability required Thursday, Friday, and Sunday for the remaining two.
- Sephora and Ulta stores in the areas of Orlando and Winter Park.
- Pay range: $27.00‑$29.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Earn while you learn! Paid online training so you can share Dyson product knowledge with confidence.

- Captivate customers! Create a welcoming and exciting beauty-forward experience in Ulta and Sephora stores.

Engage customers with personalized styling tips and product knowledge. - Training:
Help associates become Dyson‑savvy so they can share the magic with customers. - Merchandising:
Keep displays sleek, stylish, and totally irresistible. - Share Feedback:
Your insights and photos help us fine‑tune the experience—every shift counts!
- Cosmetology license required.
- Bilingual:
Fluency in English and Spanish preferred. - Personality:
Bubbly, bold, and ready to chat with every shopper. - Beauty
Experience:
Retail beauty sales, product demonstration, or hair styling. - Retail Royalty:
If you know your way around Nordstrom, Sephora, or Ulta, you’re already ahead in the glam game. - Beauty Educator:
Share your product know‑how, tips and tricks with individuals or in groups. - Travel‑ready with trusty transportation.
- Tech Chic: A smart device keeps you connected and allows for quick reporting.
- Rock your shift with strength and style! Lift up to 30 lbs and stay fabulous on your feet.
