Hair Braider Position

We are looking for a skilled
Hair Braider
to join our team and help our customers achieve stunning hairstyles. In this role, you will create a variety of braided styles using both basic and advanced techniques. You will also discuss the best products and hairstyles tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences. Most importantly, your goal will be to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling confident and satisfied with their new look and the services you provided.

Attention aspiring professionals in Florida! You don’t need a Braider's or Cosmetology License to pursue this opportunity, making it a great option for anyone looking to enter the beauty industry. To get started with us, all you need to do is complete our required online sanitation and disinfection course. This course will provide you with essential knowledge for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, which is crucial in our salon.

• Evaluate customers’ face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate hairstyles.
• Wash hair at hair washing stations with appropriate products
• Execute flawless braiding techniques
• Shampoo product knowledge
• Sanitization and Cleanliness
• Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual.

• In-depth knowledge of hair braiding techniques and best practices
• Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty

Employees will be placed in one of the following four commission level bands depending on skillset and relevant experience. Employees are paid W-2/commission-based pay on Service Sales Revenue, which is the amount the guest paid for their service(s), plus paid discounts.

• Entry Level | 33%-35% commission + tips
• Experienced Level | 36%-38% commission + tips
• Expert Level | 39%-41% commission + tips
• Premier Level | 42%-49% commission + tips
