The Salon People – Aveda Southeast Powered by the Salon People, based in St. Petersburg, Florida is seeking a Hair Color Specialist to join our team in Orlando, FL. Our organization’s mission is to Create Chain Reactions of Care and are looking for someone who has the passion to Inspire, Educate, Consult, and Coach Aveda Stylists throughout Florida (and other states occasionally at times, if needed) with Care.

The role of the Hair Color Specialist is to support the growth of the Hair Color business by increasing artist confidence, technical consistency, consultation excellence, and Aveda Hair Color adoption within the salon network. The Hair Color Specialist serves as a technical growth partner working alongside the Sr. Hair Color Manager, Hair Color Manager and Salon Development Partners to support salons through in-salon coaching, technical education, displacement opportunities, and ongoing Hair Color development.

This role primarily focuses on Hair Color displacement opportunities by helping identify salons and artists currently utilizing competitive Hair Color systems and supporting strategic conversion plans that build confidence and increase adoption of Aveda Hair Color. At the center of the role is helping artists feel supported, technically confident, and proud to utilize Aveda Hair Color behind the chair.
