Day (U.S.)

• Leads and participates in laboratory performance improvement activities, promoting team building, employee engagement, patient satisfaction, and safety.
• Manages quality assessment, technical oversight, problem solving, scheduling, interviewing applicants, staff performance input, training, and competency evaluations.
• Performs assigned pre‑analytical activities related to laboratory testing, including equipment maintenance, function checks, documentation, inventory control, specimen collection, biological specimen processing, cleaning, disinfection, quality control, and calibration.
• Participates in laboratory and hospital Performance Improvement activities.
• Completes all expected tests and analytical procedures efficiently and accurately according to established procedures, performance standards, and departmental competency standards, participating in proficiency testing and adhering to federal, state, and institutional regulations.

• Bachelor’s (Required)
• Clinical Laboratory Supervisor (SU) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Medical Laboratory Scientist MLS (ASCP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Medical Lab Scientist MLSAMT – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Medical Technologist MTAAB – EV Accredited Issuing Body

$31.55 - $58.69 per hour.
