Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CT Technologist at Advent Health Sandlake location. The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, explaining exams to patients, and maintaining equipment to ensure patient safety and image quality. Additional responsibilities include reviewing patient medical histories, accurately documenting procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care.

The individual will adhere to established protocols and follow all safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in operating computed tomography (CT) and Radiologic (XR) equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiology principles, and medical terminology
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure adherence to safety, radiation protection, and quality standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent
  • State licensure as required in Florida
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
  • Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent field; advanced certification in CT is a plus
