Job Description- Analyzes qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, and administrative data.
- Synthesizes results into meaningful reports, scorecards, and dashboard tools.
- Develops and maintains performance measurement processes, including database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and reporting/dashboard deployment.
- Conducts regular data mining and extraction from multiple sources.
- Retrieves, organizes, validates, and delivers data to support research study protocols, preparatory reviews, and feasibility cohort queries.
- Mastery of desktop applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) [Required]
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences throughout the organization [Required]
- Ability to effectively summarize data, present insights and facilitate discussion of results [Required]
- Initiative to work independently (self-direction) and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for maximum efficiency and effectiveness [Required]
- Attention to detail that ensures follow-through on all assigned projects [Required]
