The BCBA Therapist conducts behavioral assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides ABA therapy to support the development and well‑being of children with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with families and educators.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential.
- Masters degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in ABA.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Base Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000
