Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Assistant to support our clinical research operations. This role performs a variety of laboratory and clinical support tasks including specimen collection, blood draws, kit creation, inventory management, and shipping of research specimens.

• Assist CRCs and Investigators with day‑to‑day clinical study activities to support the efficient conduct of clinical trials.
• Perform blood draws and specimen collection according to study protocols.
• Manage specimen inventory, packaging, and shipping in compliance with regulatory and study requirements.
• Prepare and assemble study kits for upcoming clinical trials.
• Conduct Quality Control (QC) activities related to source documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs).
• Support general lab tasks as directed by the Lab Supervisor.

• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (required).
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced comfort with internet and web‑based technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong document review abilities.
• Training or experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and medical documentation standards preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical research environment.

• Clinical research experience
• BLS and/or ACLS certification
• Blood draw proficiency
• Medical assistant or phlebotomy experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
