This full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, involves overseeing daily operations within the Pre-Op, PACU, OR, Cath Lab, and Endoscopy units. The Assistant Nurse Operations Manager will assist in managing staff schedules, ensuring quality patient care, coordinating workflows, and supporting professional development for the nursing team. The role also includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet department goals, maintaining regulatory compliance, and implementing best practices in patient care.

• Proficiency in nursing practices, patient care standards, and clinical procedures.
• Experience in operations management, team coordination, and resource allocation in healthcare settings.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and safety protocols in a healthcare environment.
• Current RN licensure with relevant certifications; BSN or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in managing Pre-Op, PACU, OR, Cath Lab, or Endoscopy units is highly desirable.
